Is it safe to use AI with confidential client files?
Your documents, your people’s accounts, and every conversation stay on systems you own. Nothing is uploaded to a shared public service. The material you add, the answers it gives, and the full history of who asked what all live in your environment, under your own backup and access rules. The one part that can leave is the request itself — and you choose how that works. There are two options. The first sends the request to an established AI provider that keeps it for a maximum of 30 days and never uses it to train their systems; this is significantly cheaper to run and faster to get started with. The second keeps everything on your own hardware, so nothing leaves the building at all. We state the 30-day point plainly rather than glossing over it, because it is the real trade-off and you should decide it with open eyes. Which option suits you depends on the kind of information you handle and what your auditors and clients expect — and we help you make that call before anything is set up, not after.
How can a company control what AI costs each month?
